The concert where the young artists of ÇEV Sanat and the most important violin virtuoso of the 21st century, Maxim Vengerov, performed together, took place on Monday, January 8, 2024, at ZORLU PSM!

The concert began with the composition “Umut Işığı” inspired by Atatürk’s Address to Youth, composed by Prof. Utar Artun, an academician at Berklee College of Music and a graduate of ÇEV Sanat, for the 15th anniversary of ÇEV Sanat’s establishment and the 100th anniversary of the Republic. The piece was performed by young artists Arya Su Gülenç (Piano) and Melis Sağlam (Lyric Soprano), accompanied by the ÇEV Sanat Chamber Orchestra conducted by Kerem Tunçer.During the concert, Arya Su Gülenç (Piano) performed Bach’s Piano Concerto, Bade Daştan (Violin) performed Bach’s Double Violin Concerto with Maxim Vengerov, and Sofiko Tchumbridze (Violin) performed Vivaldi’s “Winter”. At the end of the concert, young artists Deniz Şensoy, Bade Daştan, and Sofiko Tchumbridze performed Vivaldi’s Four Seasons Violin Concerto with Maxim Vengerov. The ÇEV Sanat Chamber Orchestra was conducted by the renowned Maestro İbrahim Yazıcı.
